Alright, I did it. I opened my facebook page. I am already spending time managing what goes up and off of the page, but I sort of get it. The only thing is, I really don't have that much to say. I barely have anything to say on my blaaawg. I get so burned out on what's going on with other people that it wears me out, and I think "what the heck am I doing of interest to anyone?" I know a ton about exercise and nutrition, but so does everyone else, especially the people I have friended on my facebook. What can I share?
I know I am learning how important my resistance training has been for the past 35 years, for many times I should have torn, sprained, pulled, or broke something from accidents, but alas, I NEVER break. So for that I am pretty damned proud of myself. I know for sure that anyone that spends a lot of time around horses should be practicing the art of resisitance training. Some of the dumbest accidents I have seen or heard of are equine related.
EVERYONE pretty much thinks they are invincible..........................then we get olderl...................hehe..................natures most wonderful trick...!!!!!
